Where people go for breakfast is quite neighbourhood-specific, as it is normally a spot that’s close to home (easier to grab it to go before work). As I’ve already gone to my usual/preferred spot for quite a while now, it’s time to explore and expand my breakfast list 😛

(First and second pic) Savoury soy milk is one of the breakfast specialties in Taiwan. Boiling hot soymilk is poured into the bowl with scallions, pickled radishes, sesame oil, egg (cooked instantly as the soy milk is poured in), and the vinegar curdled up the soymilk.
